You'll notice that your infants are interested in very repetitive activities. For example, stacking the same thing over and over again, placing the ball in the cup and taking it out, putting it back in the cup and taking it out, etc.
Turn this into a fun game for both of you to play together where you take turns doing the repetitive action. For example, use something like a set of stacking rings. Invite the infant to place one on the ring, then you place one on, and back and forth until you are done.
