Your Parent Board is such a great way to communicate important information to the parents in your program. Are you taking advantage of this tool? Make sure your Parent Board is up to date with these things:

• Your license
• Program calendar with holidays clearly identified
• Staff bios with photos
• Staff schedules (especially any recurring times you will not be around)
• Sick policy
• Daily Rhythm
• Meal and/or snack menu
• Sign in/sign out system
• Daily communication tool (ie: a whiteboard or other place for specific daily notes or important reminders)
