This is a fun game you can play at circle or small group time. Invite children to take turns walking like different animals.

You might say:

• "Let's crawl like a crab."

• "Let's gallop like a horse."

Possible Extensions:

• Imitate an animal and have the children guess and follow along
• Invite a child to pick the animal you will imitate
• Create the sounds that go along with different animals
